Day 2 on the farm. Yesterday consisted of three trips to town to get new tires on the pickup and new tires for the trailer. Beck and I took out 5 elm trees today which have been growing in the fence line of our old feeding floor. We’re also taking out a fence and windbreak that’s no longer needed.
Beck got Tomo to jump up into the pickup, but he couldn’t figure out where I was.
The day finished a little early with the large tractor tire going flat on us while we were pulling some equipment out of the orchard. It looks like the tires are so old, there was a triangular tear in the tread. Hoping to get it worked on Monday.
